While featuring our usual Star Pizza base, we’ve switched things up a little this National Day.

In commemoration of Singapore’s 55th birthday, we’ve launched a limited edition Star Pizza where we’ve fused both Italian and Singaporean cuisine into one.

Enjoy the faint sweetness of our kaya sauce base, topped with a savoury layer of baked cheese. Sprinkled with coconut shavings with a tinge of freshness, it resembles your typical kaya coconut jam breakfast.

We’ve also added a hint of pandan to our pizza base, adapting the flavour and taste from yet another local favourite, pandan cake! And as you reach the crust, be pleasantly surprised by the scent of bananas as you relish the pastry-like combination of bananas and our signature crust.

Pizza dough: a lump
Mozzarella Cheese: 60g
Kaya sauce: 75g
Shredded coconut: 3g
Banana: 100g
Almond Bits: 10g

Pizza Dough Recipe

Bread Flour: 125g
Salt: 1.25g
Sugar: 5g
Instant Yeast: 3g
Pandan Juices: 77.5g (Pandan Leaves 12.5g + Plain Water 125g = Blend and filter into juices)
