Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is islandwide delivery available?
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to Marina Bay, Orchard, Outram Park, River Valley, Beach Road, North and South Bridge Road, Chinatown, Robertson and Clarke Quay areas.

If your residence is not included in the above areas, but would still like to order our National Day 4-Course Set Meal, do still fill in the order form and we will get back to you on the availability of the delivery!
Do note that orders outside the above delivery radius will not be delivered through Vespas, due to concerns with the long delivery distance compromising the quality of your food and experience with Sufood. Orders will be delivered through other appropriate delivery platforms. Such orders will also have a 15 minute delay in arrival.
2. Will all deliveries be made via Vespas?
If you are within the above delivery areas, deliveries will be made via Vespas.

However, if you are outside the above delivery areas, do still fill in the order form and we will get back to you on the availability of the delivery. Do note that orders outside the above delivery radius will not be delivered through Vespas, due to concerns with the long delivery distance compromising the quality of your food and experience with Sufood. Orders will instead be delivered through other appropriate delivery platforms. Such orders will also have a 15 minute delay in arrival.

3. What if it rains on 9 August? Will I still get my order?
Unfortunately, for the safety of our vespa riders and to ensure quality of dishes, all orders will be postponed to 10 August if it rains on 9 August. Keep a look out for updates in your email!
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Lunch orders will arrive by 1.30pm and dinner orders will arrive by 7.30pm.
More details and updates will be given via SMS on 9 August 2020.
5. How many days can I order in advance?
You can begin ordering now! We will be accepting orders until 7th August, or until the 25 lunch orders and 25 dinner orders have been fully booked, so book your slots here now!
6. Can I take a photo with the Vespa?
Yes! In fact, we highly encourage you to collect your meals at your block's lobbies to get a better look at these iconic Vespas! Snap a picture with the vespa and tag Sufood on Instagram @sufoodsingapore in your pictures to stand a chance to win a pair of 6 course set meal vouchers from Sufood!
7. Will this event be repeated in the future?
As of now, we do not have plans to organise this event again. However, based on the success of this event, we may consider organising events similar to this again.
8. Am I able to order the National Day Menu in-store as well?
The full National Day menu will not be available in store, but we will be holding a special in-store takeaway promotion from 7th to 9th of August where you can purchase our Banana Kaya Star Pizza and Star Pizza with Cream Cheese & Wasabi-Tomato Sauce at just $8.90 NETT!
9. Can I purchase the Banana Kaya Star Pizza as a separate item?
It is not available as a separate item on our Vespa Delivery Promotion, but we will be holding an in-store takeaway promotion of our Star Pizza with Cream Cheese & Wasabi-Tomato Sauce and Kaya Star Pizza from the 7th to 9th of August where customers can purchase it for $8.90 NETT!
10. If I did not manage to order within the 50 slots, does that mean I will not be able to order at all?
After all 50 slots have been fully booked, the National Day Menu will no longer be available for ordering.
However, regular menu items are still available in-store at Sufood at Raffles City Shopping Centre. You can also order regular menu items through Pickupp, Foodpanda and Grabfood.
11. Do I have to be a Sufood member to be eligible for delivery?
No, this event is open to anyone who orders through this website!
